Thank goodness for SERVPRO of Houston County! After a water pipe burst in my home, they provided exceptional service to me! The team (Kevin, Chris, and Travis) were always on time and responsive to my concerns/texts/calls. They were very friendly and patient with me while I asked 101 questions :-). I felt safe with them being in my home even while I had to be away for work. They cleaned up the area and provided recommendations on how we could salvage as much as I could of the bathroom. They made me feel like we were all a team and this event was OUR problem to handle, not mine alone. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

SERVPRO has done a phenomenal job remedying me of my mold situation and decontaminating my laundry room. Their staff has been amazing in getting the job done over the holidays. I would like to thank Mike and his staff for their services in making a bad situation tolerable. Shane was an amazing young man and worked his butt off, very personable and efficient. His reinforcements, Prentice, Travis, Kevin, Que, and Amber were much appreciated and hard workers as well. SERVPRO has certainly got some gems for employees. SERVPRO did a great job at my home that had fire damage. Mike was easy to work with, Shane and Amber did a great job. I recommend them for any damage done.

I am very pleased with the service we received. A hot water leak caused major damage before we realized what was happening. SERVPRO cleaned up the water damaged, replaced flooring, sheet rock, new water heater, and painted. They worked with my insurance and couldn’t have been more professional. I appreciate all they did to make a difficult situation not so traumatic. I would gladly recommend SERVPRO.

I spoke to Ashley and she got me to Mike Caldwell and he really helped me calm my nerves and assured me that my home will be taken care of. The crew was professional and packed all of my family's things. I've been able to come by and get what has been needed. We are about to move back in my home and am very pleased with the clean up.
