Mold Remediation

Microbial growth can occur in any home. A family bought a cute older home and was absolutely in love with this home in Perry. The community was lovely and relaxed. After a few months living in the home, they noticed water marks under the skylight in their living room. They called SERVPRO of Houston County in order to inspect the area to determine the issue. We noticed the sealant around the window was old and needed to be replaced. It had been causing a slight leak which turned into microbial growth. We had to remove the area the mold where the mold was growing.
