Carl Perazzola

Carl Perazzola is the Owner of SERVPRO of Houston County. Carl grew up in Warner Robins. Prior to becoming an Owner in 2011, Carl was a Field Trainer for SERVPRO, where he was able to travel the State of Georgia and learn the ins and outs of the SERVPRO world. Prior to joining the SERVPRO family, Carl worked in Sales, where he held many sales records. He is a proud graduate of Mount De Sales Academy, as a Captain, he led the football team to a State Championship. Carl attended Georgia Tech and graduated with his MBA from The Citadel. He and his wife, Lorraine, have 4 beautiful kids and are faithful members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. In his spare time, Carl enjoys traveling, playing fantasy sports, working out, and spending time with his family.

Mike Caldwell

Mike Caldwell is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Houston County. He is graduate of Northside High School and studied finance at Georgia Southern University. Mike joined our team in 2014. Prior to entering the mitigation industry, he worked as a catastrophe adjuster for 3 years. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT). He also has successfully completed training for Lead and Asbestos.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and working out.

Dean Drewery

Dean Drewery is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Houston County and runs our construction division, Samson Group. He is a graduate of Houston County High School. Prior to joining our SERVPRO family, Dean worked in new construction industry for 10 years.

Dean and his beautiful wife, Sara, have 3 children. In his spare time, Dean enjoys coaching soccer, spending time with his family, and travelling.

Landrick Earley

Landrick Earley is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Houston County. He was born in Griffin, GA, but currently calls East Macon home. He is a proud graduate of Northeast High School. He has been employed with SERVPRO since 2011. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT). He also has successfully completed training for Confined Spaces, Lead and Asbestos and is HAZWHOPER certified. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 2 kids, Zyrique and Alandria and working out.

Prentice Purnell

Prentice Purnell is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Houston County. Prentice was born and raised in Cochran and is a proud graduate of Bleckley County High School, where he was an outstanding football player. He went on to play football at the University of West Georgia, where he was named Defensive Lineman of the Year. He has been employed with SERVPRO since 2014. Prior to joining our SERVPRO family, he played Arena 1 Football for 8 seasons. He is WRT certified by the IICRC. In his spare time, he enjoys watching football, spending time with his family and trying to get his football body back.

Allison Ethridge

Allison Ethridge is a Sales & Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Houston County. She was born and raised in Warner Robins. Allison is a proud graduate of Warner Robins High School. She graduated with a degree in Business Management from Valdosta State University. Allison has been married to Scot for 21 years and they have two children, Trey and Blake. Allison came to us with over twenty years in experience in the insurance industry. Allison enjoys being able to use her insurance knowledge to help our customers. Allison enjoys traveling to the beach and cheering her sons on in sports.

Kim Fransioli

Kim Fransioli is the Accounts Receivable Clerk at SERVPRO of Houston County. She also is the Administrative Assistant for our construction division, Samson Group. Kim was born and raised in Warner Robins. She is a proud graduate of Warner Robins High School. Prior to joining our SERVPRO family, she worked for the Georgia Department of Corrections. Kim and her husband, Dusty, have 2 children, Dylan and Sierra. In her spare time, she can be found supporting her kids on the baseball/softball field, spending time on their hunting land enjoying the outdoors and fishing.
