Apartment Complex

Once a renter leaves an apartment complex, the carpet needs to be cleaned. The landlord of this apartment complex was inspecting this unit to see what needed to be cleaned. Upon inspection, the carpet was drenched due to a slight water leak, and the renter had not informed the landlord about it. He decided the carpet was old and needed to be replaced anyway so he called SERVPRO of Houston County for this. Our technicians removed the damaged carpet. After the carpet and carpet padding had been removed, we placed equipment to dry the area to be ready for the new flooring.
