Storm Damage in Georgia

When Hurricane Matthew rolled through the coast of Georgia, SERVPRO of Houston County responded to the need of clean up services. Other SERVPROs in the area invited us to help with the amount of damage that was done on the coast. This home was in St. Simmons where the hurricane destroyed several homes. Luckily, this homeowner had minor damages compared to their neighbors. The ceiling collapsed due to the amount of water that was coming into the home. SERVPRO of Houston County removed the debris from the ceiling and cleaned the area. We then removed more of the ceiling that was damaged due to the water.
