Roof Leak

Our SERVPRO office received a call that a home had significant water spots located on the ceiling signifying water dripping from the roof. With water damage such as this there is the potential threat of microbial growth. 

Microbial growth can spread throughout a property within 48-72 hours.

An air test was conducted and we received the results that the home and area was clear of any microbial growth. 

Our qualified team of service professionals were able to remove the area damaged by the leak. Once the area was cleared we were able to set out air movers to dry the area completely.
